One-time/other costs. Promotional prices are $10 higher for any month in which autopay + paperless billing is not used and do not include one-time standard installation (currently $75); one-time activation fee (currently $20); monthly fee for optional modem rental (currently $15) and a one-time $15 charge if the Xumo stream box is not activated within 30 days. Standard pricing/terms for Internet, advanced WiFi and Xumo will apply after promotional period or if eligibility terminates. Standard rates may change and are published online by viewing our rate cards. Rental of equipment from us not required for WiFi and you may use your own.

Activation of Xumo Required: Xumo Stream Box will not work unless activated by customer as instructed, including creation of an online account.

Upload Speed & Threshold; Download Allowance: Advertised speeds are for a wired connection. Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed, see our Open Internet Disclosure. Internet 250 upload speed is up to 20 Mbps. Downstream usage exceeding 400 GB in any month will result in charge of $10 for each whole or partial block of 50 GB above the threshold. If upstream usage exceeds 1 TB in any month, upload speed may be reduced by up to 50% for remainder of month.

Advanced WiFi/Xumo Stream Box: Advanced WiFi/security rely on Amazon’s eero technology. Security of Internet connection/ use not guaranteed. Xumo Stream Box requires separate subscriptions to view content through various paid applications and not all apps and content available in 4K. Additional equipment purchases may be required to enjoy Advanced WiFi or Xumo throughout whole house/on all connected devices. Use of eero or Xumo will require your compliance with its owner’s terms and conditions such as downloading apps and providing personal information. Eero/Xumo owner has its own privacy, data security and other policies and Mediacom is not responsible for their breach. Mediacom does not select, and disclaims liability because of, the content accessed, and such content is subject to change at any time. eero devices are subject to disclaimers at eero.com/legal/disclaimer.

Ownership of Devices: All equipment furnished by Mediacom, including modems, eero devices and the Xumo Stream Box, remains its property and must be returned when required. Mediacom may substitute for any branded device or service another item it believes provides similar functionality and is otherwise materially comparable.
