	Eligibility

To qualify for Mediacom VIP Extra, you must be a subscriber in good standing to Mediacom digital cable service. AND a subscriber in good standing to Mediacom Online high-speed Internet service AND a subscriber in good standing to Mediacom Phone service. This level of service is known as the VIP Pak.

VIP Extra eligibility terminates immediately when a customer discontinues service or fails to meet the required level of subscription to all three Mediacom digital services.
