What is VIP Extra?
VIP Extra is a Mediacom program to thank and recognize customers who subscribe to our VIP Pak, which includes all three Mediacom digital Video, Internet and Phone (VIP) services: Digital Cable, Mediacom Online High-Speed and Phone with discounts and special enhanced services.
Do you have to take all three services to receive VIP Extra?
Yes. But any customer with either a single or dual service subscription including digital video, and/or Mediacom Online or Mediacom Phone service, who upgrades to all three digital services, then automatically becomes eligible for VIP Extra.
Who Is Eligible?
Any Mediacom residential customer in good standing who currently subscribes to all three services in the VIP Pak: Digital Cable, Mediacom Online High Speed Internet and Phone is automatically included in the VIP Extra program. VIP Extra eligibility terminates immediately when a customer discontinues or fails to meet the required level of subscription to all three Mediacom digital services.
Is there an additional monthly fee for VIP EXTRA?
No. All customers meeting eligibility are automatically entitled to VIP Extra benefits.
How do I find out what benefits are included in VIP Extra?
Every eligible customer will receive in the mail a VIP Extra Welcome Kit with current specials, offers and coupons. New benefits and updates will be posted in the Benefits section at www.MediacomCable.com/VIP.
